I'll update this forum as I seek resolution. I don't have access to a spare power supply.

I have tried both of my PCIE x1 slots with the same result. The computer will shut down and sleep as normal if I remove the card. At first it wouldn't find any WiFi, so i asked around online and someone told me I installed the wrong driver. It is a PCIE card and I had issues with it from the get go. In device manager, it shows as 'Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)'. WiFi is working fine but I can't get the computer to recognize the bluetooth.
